The manufacturer obtains an export approval for each shipment, backed by the buyer's import permit and end-user certificate. Nothing ships until both are in hand.
We screen buyers, consignees, the manufacturer and logistics providers against US, UN and other applicable sanctions lists, before engaging and before each shipment. We don't supply sanctioned parties, embargoed destinations or prohibited end uses.
We never offer or pay anything of value to officials or employees to win business, including facilitation payments. Our compensation comes from the manufacturer under a written agency agreement.
Buyers pay the manufacturer directly, by bank transfer or letter of credit, against its own invoice. We never ask for payment to a personal or third-party account.
We refuse orders with unclear end use, inconsistent delivery points or pressure to skip permits, and report suspicious requests to the competent authority.
Manufacturer certificates are provided with each formal quotation and on request.
